London is full of really great photography walkabout locations, and I love me a good walkabout. Regents Canal is a pretty long walk, taken from roughly Victoria Park all the way up to London Zoo in Regents Park it will consume most of your day. There is a lot of interesting life along the canal, something you might not expect to find is so many people living on the long boats.
This was the first time I’ve used my new Cannon Demi C, so this was just a test shoot with no expectations. I have to say that there is a certain charm with the 1/2 frames, it makes me want to really try and tell a story with 2 images per frame. It’s not an easy thing to do, especially since I can’t yet figure out if I’m starting a new frame or am taking the 2nd picture of the previous frame. The good news is that the images still look good cropped so you could just shoot that way and get 68 photos or so per 34 exposure roll!
Thanks for taking a look
